Position: Biology PhDs (Wet Lab Experience)

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Biology Research Evaluation: Test AI models' understanding of potential failures in biological research protocols and identify ways to mitigate these issues.
• Content Development: Apply your knowledge of biological research methodology to assess and develop strategies for improving AI capabilities in biological research.
• Collaboration: Work closely with researchers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and ensure that AI models meet scientific standards in the biology domain.
• Documentation: Contribute to developing scientific benchmarks for AI model evaluation in the biological field.

Requirements

• Ph.D. student or higher degree (Postdoctoral Fellow, Research Scientist) in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Immunology, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience of wet lab experience.
• Extensive familiarity with biological research methods, protocols, and failure modes.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
