Now, we’re ready to invest properly in Melbourne by bringing on a senior consultant who can take ownership of the local market and play a key role in shaping our long-term presence in Victoria.

The Role

This is a senior, autonomous recruitment role for someone who knows the FMCG industry and wants real ownership.

You’ll recruit across the FMCG sector, working with existing Connect APAC clients while developing new relationships in the Melbourne market. You’ll run end-to-end searches, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and operate with a consultative, commercial mindset.

While this is a remote role, we’ll cover coworking costs so you have access to a professional workspace. Longer term, there is genuine opportunity to build and lead a Melbourne-based team as the market continues to grow.

About You

• You have experience recruiting within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a closely aligned sector
• You’re comfortable running a full 360 desk and building long-term client partnerships
• You value quality, credibility and market knowledge over volume-driven recruitment
• You’re based in Melbourne and motivated to grow a local market
