Pricing & Change Analyst - Part Time

• Sydney/Melbourne based - Fully Remote
• Part Time (15-20 hours per week for 3 months)
• Up to $65 per hour depending on experience

We’re looking for a Fully RemotePricing & Change Analyst to join our Product & Technology team on a part-time contract (15–20 hours per week for 3 months). This role is the central point of contact for all energy retailer changes – managing updates to pricing, plans, and compliance-related data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing and assessing retailer change requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaising with energy retailers and internal Product & Tech teams to coordinate updates.
• Owning the end-to-end process of ingesting, validating, and publishing energy pricing and offers.
• Conducting testing and QA across environments before go-live.
• Obtaining retailer sign-off and ensuring changes meet compliance standards.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in pricing, change management, QA, or data management (energy sector experience highly regarded).
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of managing complex data accurately.
• Knowledge of the Australian energy market or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising across technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-starter attitude, able to work autonomously and deliver results.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, CRM systems, or testing environments is a plus.
