Role Description

The AI Consultant will play a pivotal role, working directly with the founders to design and assist with the implementation of bespoke AI solutions to meet client-specific needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• leading discovery sessions and strategy workshops with clients to identify AI use cases and understand their business context
• analysing client data and system infrastructure to map opportunities and scope changes needed to support agentic workflows
• assisting with the design and deployment of customised AI solutions
• managing client relationships across the full engagement lifecycle
• communicating advanced AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• contributing to training and support for AI adoption at all levels of the client organisation

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of consulting experience, with meaningful time in an advisory or client-facing delivery role.
• Solid understanding of AI, specifically LLMs and agentic systems, and the ability to identify AI use-cases in a business.
• Working knowledge of Claude Cowork, Claude Code and Codex, including hands-on experience building skills, plugins, and designing knowledge and memory systems.
• Experience with data analysis and/or software engineering is valued (but not a requirement).

This kind of role hasn't been around for long. We don't expect candidates to have many years experience with AI. But we're looking for someone who uses it everyday, has a point of view, and is driven to continually learn and test the boundaries.

Please note: this is a primarily remote position open to Australian residents only.

You'll be expected to travel / be in-person (Sydney and Brisbane) for client engagements from time to time.
