The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our reach. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies, building strong client connections, and supporting customers when needed. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating discovery calls and ensuring smooth communication across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in regular training calls to enhance your personal and professional development
• Follow the company’s Daily Activities for Success checklist
• Use advertising and social media to generate high-quality leads
• Conduct discovery calls via phone and Zoom with prospective clients
• Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and roll out products effectively
• Learn from and engage with some of the top leaders in the industry

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with at least 5 years’ experience working independently or in semi-autonomous roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure your own day
• Open to coaching and willing to learn, with a positive “can-do” mindset
• Goal-driven, confident communicator, and proactive problem-solver
