About the opportunity

ChangeStride helps organisations navigate technology and transformation programs, working at the people and process end to make change stick. We partner with clients across the private and public sectors, guiding teams through new systems and new ways of working with confidence and care.

We’re growing our network of associates to bring onto client projects as they arise. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in meaningful work, on programs that make a difference.

We’d love to hear from people who enjoy delivering projects and want to be part of delivering them well. This role is fully remote, with some occasional travel to client sites where it’s needed.

What you’ll bring

→ 5+ years managing technology or transformation projects end to end, accountable for delivery and outcomes

→ Confident owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance

→ Strong stakeholder management, keeping sponsors, steering committees, teams and vendors aligned and informed

→ Comfortable working autonomously and leading delivery with minimal oversight

→ Clear, professional communication, written and verbal, including status reporting to senior stakeholders

→ Sound judgement and problem-solving when projects hit complexity or competing priorities

Nice to have:

→ Public sector, local government or consulting experience

→ Experience delivering technology or ERP system implementations

→ Formal project methodology (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK or similar)

→ Experience managing external vendors or delivery partners
