Responsibilities:

Conduct online consultations with patients via our secure telehealth platform.

Provide accurate diagnosis, treatment plans, and issue referrals as required.

Manage Medicare Bulk Billing and maintain patient medical records.

Collaborate with nurses, coordinators, and technical support teams.

Ensure high standards of clinical ethics, accuracy, and patient confidentiality.

Provide remote healthcare services for patients across regional Queensland — including Bundaberg, Wide Bay, and Central Queensland.

Participate in improving and developing our telemedicine system and patient experience.

Qualifications:

Current AHPRA registration (General or Specialist).

Valid Medicare Provider Number, or willingness to obtain one.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a GP (Telehealth experience preferred).

Strong communication and English language skills.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with EMR systems.

Current Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Strong sense of responsibility and empathy towards patients.
