About the Company

We’re building Central AI, a marketplace for AI agents. Today, every company that wants an AI agent usually has to hire someone to build it from scratch. We think that model is broken. Our goal is to create a platform where developers can build an AI agent once and businesses around the world can use it on demand. Developers publish their agents. Businesses discover them and run them. Every time the agent is used, the developer earns revenue. Think of it like an app store for AI agents. We’re currently onboarding the first group of developers who want to help shape the ecosystem early. This is not a traditional job. Developers join as independent creators and keep ownership of the agents they build.

Responsibilities

This is ideal for developers working with:

• AI agents / multi-agent systems
• LangChain or similar frameworks
• LLM APIs like OpenAI or Claude
• Workflow automation tools (n8n, etc.)
• AI SaaS or automation products

Qualifications

If you’re already building AI agents and want a way to turn them into products instead of one-off projects, feel free to reach out.

Required Skills

• Experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications
• Experience working with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Ability to design and implement automated workflows or AI-driven systems
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or similar agent frameworks
• Experience building tools, automations, or SaaS products using AI
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design practical AI solutions

Preferred Skills

• Multi-agent systems
• Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Building AI tools for business use cases
• Deploying AI systems that interact with APIs or external services

Developers earn usage-based recurring revenue when their AI agents are used on the platform. High-performing agents can generate higher revenue as usage grows.
