Partnerships ManagerTourism Boards and Hotels
Remote-first (Australia-based preferred) | Full-time or Part-Time for the right candidate.
We’re now scaling our partner network and we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead the charge. Someone who understands both the art and science of partnerships, can walk into a boutique hotel or a tourism board and speak their language, and knows how to deliver real commercial value with soul. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how the right brand partnerships will power the next wave of creator-led travel, backed by our proprietary tech and strong momentum in market.
What you’ll do:
- Own and grow DMO and hotel brand partnerships across the globe.
- Lead outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management
- Translate partner goals into clear campaign and product solutions
- Connect partners into our campaigns, product opportunities, and curated collections
- Work closely with campaign, marketing, and community teams to align execution
- Represent BYRDLI in industry meetings, events, and in the market
What you bring:
- 5+ years in travel, tourism, hospitality, or brand partnerships
- A deep understanding of the travel ecosystem, from wholesalers and DMCs to DMOs and direct hotel partners
- Proven ability to build, negotiate, and grow strategic partnerships with long-term commercial value
- Experience hitting targets and KPIs.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for creative deal-making and seeing the win-win
- Clear communicator, confident closer, and natural connector who leads with trust
- Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bonus: experience working with creators, digital media, or tech platforms, or a sharp understanding of how content and commerce converge
