There are four of us right now. Shelley founded the business. I'm Emily, the General Manager. And we have Olivia and Gabbie, our world-class Leadership Coaches. We don't plan to ever be more than seven to ten people. The bar to join us is high and it stays high.
We're hiring a Partner Experience Coordinator (heads up - partner is what we call our clients) to be the operational backbone of the business - the person who makes sure nothing hits the ground, ever.
You'll own the partner experience end-to-end. From the moment a partner says yes to us, through every proposal, every workshop, every milestone, every follow up - you'll keep calendars, coaches, programs and a thousand small details moving in the right direction.
Some of it’s glamorous. Most of it isn't. It's chasing a coach who hasn't confirmed for Tuesday. It's reformatting a proposal at 4pm because we need it gone tonight. It's remembering that CHRO prefers PDFs not links. It's mapping a partner program six weeks before delivery to make sure no detail is missed - then the weekend starts.
A few things you need to know early
I'm going on parental leave this year, so we'll have a short, intense runway together before I go. We're 100% remote. We're a growth-stage business, so you'll often get a vision, not a process. And if you need to be told what to do, this isn't for you.

The logistics
- Permanent full time or part time, four days per week
- 100% remote - ideally Newcastle or Sydney-based with broader East Coast considered for the right person
- $70-80K + super, but let’s talk more about salary when we meet
