Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MetaTrader Account Manager to handle trading activities on our behalf using the MetaTrader platform (MT5) through Pepperstone as the broker, with a fixed leverage setting of 1:30 to manage risk and ensure losses do not exceed the account balance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forex, CFDs, or similar markets, with a focus on generating consistent profits through strategic trading. This is a performance-based role with no fixed salary—compensation is purely commission-based at 50% of net profits generated. The account manager has full flexibility to work in their preferred style, provided they adhere to the risk management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute trades on a provided MetaTrader account via Pepperstone, using a 1:30 leverage setting to ensure losses do not exceed the account balance.
• Develop and implement trading strategies (manual or automated via EAs) tailored to the candidate’s expertise, including technical analysis, fundamental analysis, or other methods.
• Monitor market conditions, news events, and economic indicators to make informed trading decisions.
• Provide weekly performance reports detailing trades, profits/losses, and strategy adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with Pepperstone’s trading policies, platform guidelines, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain strict risk management to protect the account balance, aligning with the 1:30 leverage cap.

Compensation Structure

• Commission: 50% of net profits (after deducting any fees or losses). No base salary or fixed payments.
• Payouts: Weekly payouts starting from Day 1, contingent on profitable results. Payouts will be calculated and disbursed based on the week's net performance.
• Trial Period: Initial one-month trial managing a $1,000 account balance. Upon demonstrating positive results (e.g., consistent profitability with low drawdown), the account balance will be increased incrementally based on performance milestones.
• Profit Sharing Example: If the account generates $200 in net profit in a week, you receive $100 (50%).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trader or account manager on MetaTrader platforms, with a verifiable track record of profitable trading (please provide portfolio or performance history).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and trading psychology.
• Proficiency in using MetaTrader tools, indicators, and potentially scripting EAs (Expert Advisors).
