What you'll do

• Develop/monitor AFSL compliance program
• Ensure retail protections
• Oversee AUSTRAC AML/Travel Rule
• Conduct internal audits, breach reporting to ASIC
• Board reporting; train staff
• Manage enforcement/audits; retail complaints

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years financial services compliance exp (crypto/derivs from AFSL firm preferred)
• RG 146 compliance competency or equivalent
• Australian resident; clean ASIC/ criminal checks.
• Deep knowledge of crypto regulations
