We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and tracking. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating tasks and stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across teams
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
• Track and maintain project budgets and timelines
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
