About Us

We are working for a national financial advice and wealth management group helping advice practices to grow with the right support, technology, and network. We’re looking for a contractor to help us expand by reaching out to prospective financial advice firms and booking qualified meetings with decision makers.

The Role

We need an experienced outbound caller who understands the financial advice industry. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, engaging licensee principals and advice firm owners, and securing quality appointments for our business development team.

This role is contract-based, part-time/flexible, and can be done remotely from anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to financial advisers, practice principals, and licensee decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and articulate the value of joining our network.
  • Secure and schedule appointments for the business development team.
  • Track activity, outcomes, and provide feedback on prospect conversations.
  • Work collaboratively to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in financial advice, paraplanning, licensee services, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong communication skills — confident, professional, and engaging on the phone.
  • Understanding of adviser business models, compliance sensitivities, and how licensee/AFSL support works.
  • Organised and self-driven — comfortable working independently and delivering results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Excel, or similar) is a plus.
