About the RoleWe are seeking an Senior Development Manager to support our expanding client base across coaching and leadership programs. This is a remote, results-driven role designed for proactive professionals who thrive in self-directed environments and value personal development.

You will play a central role in guiding new and existing clients through our services—helping them feel supported, engaged, and inspired to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients and guide them through program options with professionalism
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain clear communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings
• Assist with marketing, scheduling, follow-ups, and program logistics
• Collaborate with coaches to track client progress and support outcomes
