About the Role
We're looking for a Performance Manager to join our high-performing team and drive outstanding digital media outcomes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
In this role, you'll lead campaign strategy, optimisation and performance across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display and remarketing. You'll work closely with client teams, media specialists, analytics experts and technology partners to deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Leadership
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Provide proactive insights and strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Act as a key point of contact for campaign performance and channel strategy.
- Present campaign results, reports and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders.
Campaign & Performance Management
- Oversee campaign planning, execution and optimisation across search, social and programmatic channels.
- Manage digital budgets and media allocations.
- Review media plans, audience targeting and campaign set-up to ensure accuracy.
- Analyse campaign data and develop actionable insights.
- Ensure reporting frameworks, tracking and tagging are implemented correctly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support delivery of campaign objectives.
Team Development
- Mentor and develop Performance Executives.
- Drive best practice processes, efficiencies and automation.
- Support career development through ongoing coaching, feedback and training.
- Ensure high standards of work quality, accountability and delivery.
About You
You'll bring:
- 4+ years' experience in a digital, performance marketing or analytical role within an agency or consultancy environment.
- Strong experience in paid search.
- Experience in paid social and programmatic trading (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A passion for digital marketing innovation and continuous learning.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills.
