Business Analyst - University Sector - Remote

We’re currently seeking multiple Business Analysts to join a portfolio of exciting transformation initiatives within the higher education sector.

These roles will see you working across a range of projects including workflow automation, curriculum and course lifecycle optimisation, teacher capability systems, customer communication improvements, and student admissions transformation.

As a Business Analyst, you will lead and support activities such as current and future state analysis, stakeholder engagement, process modelling, requirements elicitation, and contributing to solution design and implementation.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience delivering Business Analysis across complex business and system initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including working with senior stakeholders
• Expertise in process modelling (e.g. BPMN), requirements documentation, and translating business needs into actionable outcomes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, high-quality documentation

Highly desirable:

• Experience within the higher education or university sector
• Exposure to curriculum management, student administration, or workforce capability systems
• Experience with enterprise platforms, integrations, and workflow design
• Knowledge of UX or customer journey mapping

Roles can be worked 'Remotely' from anywhere in Australia.
