Role Description
This is a full-time position for a full-service Credit Analyst/Parabroker (Commercial/Asset/Residential). The role involves supporting clients and brokers by analysing financial data, preparing credit submissions, assessing lending applications, and managing credit-related inquiries. The Credit Analyst/Parabroker works with lenders, assesses financial risks, and ensures compliance with financial regulations to deliver smooth financial solutions. Additionally, the role includes maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and contributing to the optimisation of lending structures. This role supports the client journey by delivering top-tier customer service to our clients, brokers, and executive team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking, lending or broking environment
- Strong knowledge in credit management and credit assessment processes
- Experience in managing and working with CRM systems and databases
- Proven analytical skills for financial data evaluation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, brokers, and stakeholders
- Understanding of finance principles and lending structures
- Experience in commercial lending and asset lending
- Experience in credit underwriting or mortgage lending
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting
- Ability to work autonomously and within team environments
- An understanding of AI tools is advantageous (but can be taught)
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is advantageous
