About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects across various departments
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources
• Liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication
• Prepare reports, track progress, and help identify and manage risks
• Maintain documentation and support project compliance and governance
• Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project) to coordinate tasks

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with project lifecycle concepts (Agile or Waterfall)
• Australian working rights and access to a reliable internet connection

Desirable

• Previous internship or work experience in a project/admin/support role
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Teams
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus but not essential
