The Role
We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales & Business Development Representative to bring Hirewall to the companies who need it most—especially startups, small businesses, and agencies without in-house recruiters.
This is a remote, commission-only contract role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle: outreach, demos, relationship building, and closing deals. You’ll also collect real market feedback to shape the next version of Hirewall.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and inbound leads.
- Present and demo Hirewall, showing how it simplifies and improves hiring.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewals.
- Collect and share structured client feedback with the product team.
- Track leads, activity, and performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate directly with the founder—fast feedback, no bureaucracy.

Requirements
Critical:
- 3+ years of B2B sales or agency recruitment experience.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable demoing software or SaaS platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
Important:
- Experience sourcing, screening, or managing hires.
- Can clearly explain hiring pain points to non-HR buyers.
Nice to have
- Existing network of startup founders, small business owners, recruiters or hiring managers.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or recruitment software.
- Experience selling SaaS or services to founders or department heads.
- Worked in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Used LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or outreach automation.
- Run live demos or webinars.
