CRM Coordinator - APAC
Job Description

About Andzen
At Andzen, we deliver world-class marketing and business solutions to ambitious e-commerce merchants. We’re a boutique global team, and we thrive on moving fast, working smart, and finding creative solutions.
The Role
As a CRM Coordinator, you'll work mostly behind the scenes to begin with, supporting our specialists and account managers on the briefs, production, QA, and strategy work that keeps client programs running. This is where you build the foundations: how great CRM is planned, how flows and campaigns come together, and what world-class delivery actually looks like.
You'll cut your teeth on a portfolio of smaller, lower complexity accounts. It's the ideal place to learn, take real ownership early, and build confidence before stepping into larger, client-facing relationships. As you grow, so does your scope, the path from here can lead to a CRM Specialist, Production Lead, or wherever you want to take it at Andzen.
AI is embedded in how you think, plan, write, analyse, and execute, not a tool you reach for occasionally. You'll use it to move faster than traditional ways of working allow, constantly experimenting to deliver smarter outcomes.
To be clear on expectations: this is not a senior, client-owning role from day one. It's a build-your-foundations role designed to prepare you for one. If you're hungry to learn the craft properly before you lead it, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Support our specialists and client success team on client work, including briefs, production, strategy input, and reporting.
- Use AI chat, GPTs, agents, and automations as your default way of working.
- Help coordinate CRM delivery across lifecycle flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention programs.
- Progress to owning a portfolio of smaller accounts in your first 90 days.
- Get hands-on in Klaviyo and other platforms to build flows, QA work, and unblock the team.
- Prepare client reporting insights that explain performance and surface opportunities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Digital Producers, specialists, and account managers.
- Contribute to QA and help resolve issues proactively.
- Build the skills, judgement, and confidence to grow into a client-facing specialist or manager role.
What You'll Need
- AI fluency as a baseline, a genuine power user who experiments and adapts.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to support client work and grow into leading it.
- A proactive, problem solving mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment across time zones.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar platforms, or a clear willingness to learn fast.
- A passion for e-commerce and digital marketing, with a client-first mindset.
- A genuine appetite to grow, you see this role as a starting point, not a destination.
