Senior Program Manager

Job role – Program ManagerLocation – Australia (Remote)Job type – Fixed Term ContractKey Responsibilities

• Lead and govern enterprise-scale Azure migration, integration, and transformation programs
• Manage delivery within a Microsoft cloud migration factory model, coordinating onshore, offshore, and cross-functional teams
• Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery assurance across multiple projects
• Engage senior client stakeholders and internal leadership with clear status, financial, and risk reporting
• Establish and maintain strong program governance, cadence, and escalation processes
• Track and report schedule, cost, and resource variances across the program portfolio

Skills & Experience

• 15+ years’ experience in program and project delivery within cloud and digital transformation
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Azure cloud programs (migration, integration, modernisation)
• Strong experience managing global delivery models, including offshore teams
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including virtualisation, compute, storage, and networking
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging at executive level
• Strong governance, financial management, and reporting capability

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification
• Agile / SAFe program delivery experience
• Microsoft Azure or cloud-related certifications (desirable)
