Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist

About The Role What if your MBA — your mastery of corporate finance, market strategy, and business operations — could directly shape how AI advises executives and powers enterprise decisions for millions of people worldwide? We're looking for experienced business professionals to challenge, evaluate, and train advanced AI models on the complex, nuanced thinking that separates good business judgment from great business judgment. You'll stress-test AI reasoning across DCF valuations, market entry strategy, supply chain dynamics, and organizational behavior — and build the gold-standard responses that teach AI how elite business minds actually think. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning corporate finance, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, operations bottlenecks, and organizational design
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document reasoning failures such as ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, flawed competitive analyses, or missing macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Deeply fluent in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data and produce clear, executive-quality written recommendations
• Naturally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logical inconsistencies, and weak arguments that others miss
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance systems
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel financial modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user
