Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Business Development Manager (Cold Calling). The individual will focus on expanding Aeva's client base through targeted cold calls, identifying potential business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, understanding client needs to customise solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
Future opportunities:
There is room for growth within the company into a full time head of sales position, where you would be able to manage the full customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, and Sales Strategy development
- Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
- Experience in CRM Software (hubspot) and Sales Management
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet performance targets
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience in selling technological or healthcare-related solutions is a plus
- Proactiveness, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
