🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business and product decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven initiatives.
• Document data definitions, metrics, and analysis processes.

✅ Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles (internships or project experience accepted).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of a programming language such as Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
