What you'll do.

This is a remote opportunity suited for self directed professionals who want a growth runway in managing their schedule, pipeline and be highly rewarded for their skills and effort.

You'll be a big thinker ready to take ownership of your operations and results in an independent consultant capacity.

You'll be able to thrive under a high level of autonomy and be proactive in progressing your pipeline.

The Sales Consultant will engage with qualified leads, conduct online consultations, and guide prospective clients through the decision-making process for premium personal development and leadership programs.

Daily tasks include conducting discovery calls, identifying client goals and challenges, presenting tailored program solutions, and addressing questions or objections with professionalism and empathy.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with prospects, and collaborating with the leadership team to refine messaging and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • High level of interest in Personal Development and Leadership Development will be favourable.
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with experience guiding clients through high-value decisions and solutions.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust, rapport, and long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess advanced Communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and confident, professional online communication.
  • Previous experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, education, training, or personal development industries is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a flexible schedule, and meet or exceed agreed performance targets.
  • Comfort with using digital tools (video conferencing, CRM systems, online calendars) and learning new platforms as needed.
  • Demonstrated interest in mindset work, personal development, and leadership growth; willingness to engage with the company’s content and methodologies.
  • No specific degree is required; relevant sales experience and a track record of integrity and results will be strongly valued.
