THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a switched-on Web Producer who knows how to get things done. If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, thrive in organised chaos, and know your way around a website brief like it’s second nature, keep reading.

This role is the engine room of our website department. You’ll be managing 15+ website projects simultaneously across different industries, each at varying stages—design, development, QA, or launch. It’s about balancing timelines, budgets, scopes, and quality with the finesse of a seasoned pro.

You’ll work closely with designers, developers, copywriters, SEO and strategy teams to make sure every site we ship looks great, functions flawlessly, and gets clients results. You’ll be the one making sure nothing slips through the cracks—from briefing and QA to client comms and internal alignment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing multiple website builds from start to finish—planning, executing, and delivering to spec, on time and within budget
  • Leading day-to-day delivery across 15+ concurrent builds, keeping tasks on track and teams aligned
  • Creating and maintaining clear project briefs, documentation, and timelines in ClickUp
  • Communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle—managing updates, feedback, expectations, and weekly check-ins
  • Ensuring designs match the brief by checking design mocks against developed sites and catching issues before clients do
  • Coordinating client feedback and making sure requests are accurately captured, documented, and actioned without detail being lost

DUTIESIndividual Project Coordination

Lead the day-to-day management of assigned website projects, from kick-off through to delivery. Maintain schedules, manage tasks and dependencies, coordinate team efforts, and ensure each milestone is met on time and to specification—across 20+ builds at once.

Briefing, Documentation & ClickUp

Create clear and thorough project briefs and task breakdowns using ClickUp. Ensure all team members have the information they need to execute their roles effectively and maintain up-to-date records to track progress and accountability.

Client Communication

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the website production process. Provide updates, manage expectations, handle feedback constructively, and ensure concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Internal Collaboration (Studio, Dev, Copy, SEO)

Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal departments. Ensure all teams are aligned on goals, timelines, and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment that supports high-quality, strategic website outcomes.

SKILLS | EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in website project coordination—agency experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and confidence briefing devs
  • Bonus points for basic HTML/CSS skills or hands-on familiarity with front-end development
  • Excellent organisation and time management—able to juggle 15+ builds without dropping the ball
  • Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders, keep clients in the loop, and rally internal teams
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail—especially when reviewing designs, proofs, and site functionality
  • Cool under pressure—able to problem-solve and pivot in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, effective communication of technical barriers and proposed solutions in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
  • Experience using ClickUp (or similar tools) for task management, documentation, and team coordination
