FinTech Product Analyst / FinTech Product Manager

Role Description

• **FinTech Product Analyst:**Analyze financial technology products, market trends, and user data to provide actionable insights.
• Support product development by defining requirements, workflows, and business cases.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and performance tracking of digital financial products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to improve features and user experience.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• **FinTech Product Manager:**Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of FinTech products, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, marketing) to deliver high-quality products.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement, and market adoption; recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to product innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred for managerial roles.
• Proven experience in FinTech product analysis, management, or digital product development (2–4 years for Analyst; 5+ years for Manager).
• Strong knowledge of financial products, payment systems, digital banking, or blockchain-based finance solutions.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in finance and technology.
