Role DescriptionAs a Technical Support Engineer / AI Engineer, you will provide technical support for software systems and applications while contributing to the development, deployment, and optimization of AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with users, engineering teams, and stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, improve system performance, and support innovative AI initiatives.Your responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving software and system-related issues, responding to technical inquiries, monitoring system performance, and maintaining technical documentation. You will investigate incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions that enhance reliability and user experience.In the AI engineering function, you will support the design, development, testing, and deployment of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. You will assist with data preparation, model training, performance evaluation, and integration of AI capabilities into applications and business processes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing system behavior and optimizing AI model performance.This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across both support and engineering environments.Qualifications
- Strong understanding of technical support processes, troubleshooting methodologies, and system administration concepts
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and software application support
- Ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Understanding of software development principles and system integration concepts
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, artificial intelligence concepts, and data analysis techniques
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks, tools, or libraries
- Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and deployment environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work with datasets, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge resources
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with users and cross-functional teams
