What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage gyms, fitness centres, Pilates studios, and wellness businesses.
- Demonstrate how WellVantage improves operations, member engagement, and retention.
- Close new subscriptions independently or with support from our team.
- Build long-term relationships and earn recurring commissions on every customer you onboard.
Compensation
- Limited base pay
- Up to 50% recurring lifetime commission per customer
- Subscription-based recurring income
- No earning cap—the more businesses you onboard, the more you earn
Ideal Candidate
- Experience selling to gyms, fitness centres, or wellness businesses
- Existing network in the fitness industry is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based earnings
- Own vehicle (bike/car) preferred for field sales
