Role Overview

As our Digital Growth Partner, you’ll be the front-line connector between passionate small businesses and the Webfascia experience. Your mission? To engage potential clients across social media and other digital spaces, spark meaningful conversations, and run campaigns that lead to valuable partnerships—all while remaining true to our ethos of simplicity and personalised service.

Key Responsibilities:Social Discovery & Outreach

• Identify and engage with small businesses, content creators, and solo entrepreneurs across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and relevant communities.
• Craft thoughtful DMs or messages that genuinely speak to their goals and challenges.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Help design and run organic outreach or mini-campaigns (e.g., “Is your website missing a good page?”, “Want to share your podcast more widely?”).
• Monitor and tweak strategies for reach, response, and conversion.

Brand Storytelling

• Maintain a tone that reflects Webfascia’s friendly, clear, and helpful voice.
• Share case studies, ask engaging questions, and highlight how simplicity in solutions saves clients time and stress.

Lead Management

• Capture promising conversations, introduce them to our services, and coordinate handover to the team for quote or follow-up.
• Track outreach, responses, and outcomes using simple tools like spreadsheets or Trello boards.

Insight & Optimisation

• Report weekly on channel performance: what messages work, what resonates, and where we can refine.

What We’re Looking For

• Enthusiastic about building genuine connections with small businesses.
• Comfortable working across social media platforms with strong written communication.
• Naturally curious—able to “read between the lines” and tailor outreach personally.
• Organised and self-starting, able to manage pipelines with clarity and follow-through.
• Familiarity with small business challenges—creative solos, local shops, freelance professionals.
• Work with Lead Engineers and Engineers to collaborate on possibilities.
