We’re working with a global organisation rolling out a major Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation, and they need a sharp, adaptable Project Manager to steer it.

This is a hands-on delivery role in a truly international setting, ideal for someone who can confidently manage technical programs while bringing people together across functions, cultures, and time zones. You’ll work closely with the IAM lead and external solution providers to bring an IGA and PAM implementation to life.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of an IAM transformation project (IGA + PAM), from planning to production.
• Working hand-in-hand with the IAM Architect and vendor teams to drive project execution.
• Managing schedules, milestones, risks, issues, budgets, and governance.
• Keeping stakeholders informed – from daily stand-ups to executive steering committee updates.
• Owning all project artefacts: timelines, risk logs, decisions, and documentation.
• Orchestrating user acceptance testing and supporting change management across the business.
• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of project management experience, with experience delivering IT security or IAM programs.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
• Deep experience managing project schedules, budgets, and risks using tools like Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ideally, you’ve worked with IGA/PAM solutions and hold a PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification.
• A people-first mindset – someone who can work across cultures and personalities with empathy and clarity.
