Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist
Looking to take full ownership of end-to-end digital campaigns and actually see your work convert into leads and growth? This is a chance to join a growing B2B business where marketing isn’t a tick-box exercise — it’s central to brand building, lead generation and commercial success.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Hands-on, high-impact work — you won’t just be “making things look pretty.” You’ll own campaigns that generate leads, grow brand presence, and drive inbound.
- Creative meets commercial — you’ll create scroll-stopping content, short punchy videos, ads, and email campaigns — all with a clear focus on ROI.
- Flexibility & ownership — fully remote across Australia or New Zealand, with the freedom to influence tools, processes, and campaign direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- 50% Content Creation — short-form posts, emails, landing pages, video snippets, ads.
- 30% Campaign Management — paid ads, retargeting, lead funnels, reporting performance.
- 10% Personal Branding — build visibility for key team members via LinkedIn and thought-leadership content.
- 10% Reporting & Insights — track reach, engagement, and lead metrics to show commercial impact.
Success Looks Like
- A clear, commercially focused digital marketing strategy in place within the first 3–6 months.
- Consistent creation of high-quality campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Increased brand visibility, organic reach, and inbound activity.
The Toolkit
You’ll have a solid base to work with (brand guidelines, Canva, Loomly, CRM tools like Pipedrive and Intercom), and the freedom to recommend new platforms that make the job easier and campaigns sharper.
About You
- You’re a hands-on digital marketer who thrives in the doing (90% execution, 10% strategic input).
- Strong background in B2B marketing — SaaS or tech experience is great, but not essential if you can demonstrate ROI.
- Skilled in creating attention-grabbing video and digital content (short, sharp, and ready to go to market fast).
- Confident across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and building out new channels.
- Commercially minded — you get that marketing exists to drive leads and revenue.
The Offer
- Salary: around $85K, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Remote-first: work anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.
