Video Editor – Remote Contract

This full-time contract role is fully remote, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects that require both creative vision and technical expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging videos tailored for social media, paid ads, and other digital channels, ensuring each piece aligns with brand objectives and audience expectations. Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into polished video content for multiple platforms, including social media and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute video projects from start to finish.
• Integrate motion graphics, basic animation, and sound design to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing tool, with occasional use of After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, and Canva.
• Leverage AI video editing platforms such as Runway, Pika Labs, or Descript to streamline workflows and introduce innovative editing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Adapt content for bilingual audiences, with a preference for English and Spanish language skills.

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CapCut and Canva for video editing.
• Familiarity with AI video editing tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, or Descript.
• Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, audio editing, and sound design.
• Experience creating content for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
