Social Media Manager – Remote

Join a dynamic outdoor and e-bike brand based on Naxos Island, Greece, as a part-time Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about travel, adventure, and lifestyle content. You will be responsible for managing the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and Google, utilizing an extensive library of high-quality photos and videos. The position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to shape the digital voice of a fast-growing Cycladic brand. Deliverables

• Create and schedule three engaging social media posts per week using provided media assets.
• Produce daily stories with a playful, engaging tone to boost audience interaction.
• Write one blog post per month focused on travel, e-bikes, or island life themes.
• Perform light SEO tasks to improve US search visibility and optimize content.
• Maintain and update the Google Business Profile to ensure accuracy and activity.
• Monitor analytics and report on social media performance, suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for travel, outdoor, adventure, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong skills in content creation using photo and video assets.
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media and blog content.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a flexible, remote schedule.
• Familiarity with Greek culture or active travel audiences is a plus.
