We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Web Developer (Analytics and Tracking) to join our digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing web analytics and tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to support data-driven decision-making and improve website performance. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related platforms.

Develop and manage tracking setups for websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.

Ensure accurate data collection for user behavior, conversions, and events.

Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve data discrepancies across platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define tracking requirements and KPIs.

Support website development and optimization with tracking, testing, and performance insights.

Document tracking implementations, data layers, and processes for internal reference.

Stay up to date with analytics best practices, privacy regulations, and tracking technologies.

✅ Requirements

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with web analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager).

Basic knowledge of event tracking, conversion tracking, and data layers.

Familiarity with cookies, pixels, and tracking scripts.

Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in web development, analytics, or digital marketing is preferred.
