🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of programs and projects.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure programs stay on schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and program documentation.
• Assist with process improvements and operational planning.
• Monitor program performance and escalate risks or issues when needed.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in program coordination, project support, operations, or related roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
