The Role

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join Trilogy Villas - a boutique collection of luxury villas on Denarau Island, Fiji.

This is a part-time, contract-based position ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills and a natural flair for engagement and community-building on platforms like Instagram. You'll be responsible not just for posting, but for actively engaging with our audience, building meaningful connections, and identifying exciting brand and travel collaborations across Fiji and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and schedule Instagram and Facebook posts aligned with our luxury aesthetic
• Create visually compelling stories, reels, and highlight covers using Canva or similar tools
• Engage daily with our audience — respond to comments, DMs, and story interactions

Actively interact with other accounts, especially:

• Fiji-based brands and lifestyle businesses
• Travel agencies, tourism pages, and luxury travel influencers
• Potential collaborators for cross-promotions and partnerships

Stay on top of trends in luxury travel, wellness, and hospitality

• Track engagement and assist with basic reporting of growth and reach

Role Details

Approx. 1-2 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Flexible hours - just stay active and consistent

You’ll work closely with our General Manager to align content with brand goals

Contract role, paid monthly or weekly depending on platform and arrangement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Instagram and/or Facebook accounts
• Strong visual skills — basic graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, Figma)
• A love for hospitality, travel, and luxury lifestyle branding
• Ability to write engaging captions that reflect a calm, elegant brand voice
• Naturally sociable and proactive with outreach and engagement
• Comfortable working independently with light direction
