• Craft acquisition strategies rooted in structure, not shortcuts
• Work cross-functionally with product, content, and creative teams
• Own reporting, interpret impact — and communicate in plain language, not jargon
• Stay curious, but act only on what moves the needle

• You have 3–6 years in performance or growth marketing
• You’re fluent in tools (Google Ads, Meta, analytics stacks) but not ruled by them
