We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketer specialising in performance marketing. You will own the acquisition engine - from paid spend to qualified call volume - driving fast, efficient, and profitable growth. This role suits someone who thrives in data, iteration, and commercial impact, and who treats performance marketing as a competitive sport.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid media across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. (LARGE BUDGETS)
• Run weekly cycles of launching, testing, analysing, and scaling campaigns.
• Maintain and improve key metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and show-up rates.
• Lead creative testing with new hooks, angles, and variations, and implement CRO across funnels and landing pages.
• Produce clear weekly reporting covering spend, acquisition metrics, revenue impact, experiments, and insights.
• Build predictable growth frameworks and make real-time decisions that increase revenue and pipeline quality.
• Execute continuous improvement through audience tests, bidding strategies, funnel experiments, and re-engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets at scale.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with deep understanding of attribution and CRO.
• Ability to think in systems, frameworks, and numbers.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments with high standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Growth-minded, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
