As a Sales Account Executive at this organisation, your objective is to identify and close new logos by taking on a solutions approach to HR/People Analytics in the pursuit of enterprise deals. If you are someone who loves understanding every element of the software solutions you are selling and the problems that can be solved, this is your role. In this position, you will work closely with prospective customers to understand their unique company challenges and goals and demonstrate how our solutions can help them. You will be a key sales team member, driving business growth with an enthusiastic, collaborative, fun group of dedicated professionals. What you will deliver:
- Actively prospect and pursue every qualified opportunity to secure logos using multiple channels
- Map complex enterprise accounts to build consensus, ultimately negotiating/closing license and professional services agreements
- Hands on configuration of solutions that you have designed to highlight how the solution specifically solves your prospect's problems
- Deliver engaging solutions-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person
- Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders
- Engage with internal colleagues in marketing and inside sales to create a strategy, messaging and sales collateral tailored for your portfolio of business
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities within a designated territory of enterprise companies seeking to up-level or replace their Analytics, Recruitment, Onboarding, or Learning Management Systems
- Acquire industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
- Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks appropriately and deliver dependable forecasts
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- This is a hunter-based role, you are expected to drive the majority of your own pipeline
- 3 – 5+ years enterprise/cloud software sales experience, successfully selling high-level corporate software/technology solutions at the executive level
- Previous experience selling enterprise HR/HCM Applications to enterprise/multi-national organizations
- A love of understanding what your software solutions can do and how they can solve prospect problems
- Confidence in demonstrating software and building ROI presentations
- Strong ability to build rapport and relations with key stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Expert-level solution selling experience
- Ability to successfully work remotely
- Excited about pipeline generation and doing your own prospecting
- Success meeting/exceeding revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Engage and work with business partners where appropriate
- Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education
