We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our fully remote team in Australia. You will conduct research, analyze data, and deliver insights that help the company make informed strategic and operational decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across markets, industries, users, or competitors
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, insights summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities based on research findings
• Support the development of forecasting models or analytical frameworks
• Maintain organized research documentation and databases
• Collaborate with product, strategy, marketing, and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Stay current on industry developments and emerging market trends

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, business analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data tools preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Based in Australia with legal authorization to work full-time

Nice to Have

• Experience in market research, financial analysis, product research, or competitive intelligence
• Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
• Basic statistical knowledge or experience with Python/R for data analysis
