• Engaging with prospective clients via phone, email, and digital marketing
• Managing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other platforms (training provided)
• Setting and executing business goals with full autonomy

• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales team

Who We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a performance-driven role
• Passionate about leadership, personal development, and success
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence, close deals, and build teams
• Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising is a plus but not required
