Hours:

  • Full time role
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm AEST

A little about the Role:

This is a remote role so you will need to be comfortable with remote working.

You are expected to demonstrate an solid understanding of SaaS-based cross-channel marketing strategies to drive new software sales, expand opportunities for HaaS and premium services, support recruitment efforts, and strengthen partner initiatives.

You will actively contribute to strategic and business unit planning, developing accurate and comprehensive revenue forecasts for annual budgets and multi-year growth projections.

You will leverage all available go-to-market opportunities to maximise market expansion and revenue growth.

Additionally, you will rely on metrics, analysis, and industry benchmarks to inform sound, data-driven growth strategies and decisions.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop sales and marketing growth strategies with the executive team and CEO
  • Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics
  • Prospect and close relationships with key target clients
  • Explore and provide variations in the market mix which would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
  • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success.
  • Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in sales and account management.
  • Develop and implement robust sales management processes for pipeline, account planning, and proposals.
  • Oversee all sales channel and partner development, adding new sales channels.
  • Drive constant experimentation and learning.
  • Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning.
  • Lead and motivate a team to strive for target.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with your clients are essential attributes if you are to be successful in this role.

If you have a passion for SaaS, have a solid ability to grow sales and want to work with a variety of clients using a digital product that solves peoples HR problems and anxiety, then is role is for you.
