Salt have partnered with a leading Global Fintech brand and we are looking for an exceptional Executive Business Partner who has the drive and passion for providing high-level administrative and operational support and act as a trusted partner to executives.

In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver comprehensive support for up to two executives, including calendar management, high-volume travel coordination (international and domestic), expense processing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Proactively develop and implement efficient processes to maximize executive productivity, including weekly and quarterly reporting, goal tracking, and team meeting coordination.
  • Take ownership of projects by identifying priorities, addressing gaps, and preparing key materials such as agendas and presentations for leadership meetings and company-wide events.
  • Collaborate within a centralized Executive Operations team to share best practices and enhance overall team effectiveness.

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years’ of demonstrated Corporate EA experience ideally supporting multiple senior stakeholders (ideally within startup and enterprise-level technology environments)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when managing confidential information and external partnerships.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a proven ability to streamline workflows, leverage data for decision-making, and utilize AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in managing complex international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and real-time adjustments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messaging.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
