Business Development Partner (Australia Market) – Contract / Project-Based

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Partner based in Australia who can help us acquire clients and build local relationships.

This is a performance-based role, not a fixed salary job.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, booking meetings, and/or closing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in Australia
  • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
  • Book meetings with decision-makers (owners, founders, managers)
  • Present services and communicate value proposition
  • Collaborate with our internal team for proposals and onboarding
  • Build partnerships with local agencies and businesses

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in Australia
  • Experience in sales / business development / client acquisition
  • Understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Websites)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Existing network is a strong advantage

Compensation (Important)

This is a performance-based / project-based role:

  • Commission per closed client
  • Incentives based on deal size
  • Optional payment for qualified meetings (if agreed)

No fixed salary at this stage.

  • This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in their ability to generate business and want to earn based on performance.
