Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join the team. Someone who loves turning complex interactions into smooth user flows, obsesses over performance, and thrives in a start-up environment where decisions are fast and impact is real. You’re confident in your craft, fluent in modern front-end stacks, and you already use AI-prompted coding tools to level up your workflow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architecting and building slick, scalable front-ends using React/Next.js
• Translating complex product requirements into fast, functional interfaces
• Using AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly prototype, debug, and iterate
• Collaborating closely with product and design to bring big ideas to life
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability of web apps
• Championing best practices while shipping at speed
• Owning key front-end architecture decisions
• Leading by example in coding practices, standards, and team collaboration
• Facilitating knowledge-sharing and team skill development

About you:

• You’ve got 5+ years experience in front-end development, ideally with React and Next.js in high-performing teams
• Are comfortable writing code alongside AI tools - not just copy/paste, but prompt-led development
• Enjoy blending performance, design, and emerging tech
• You're obsessed with modern front-end tooling
• You’re curious about (or already deep into) Web3 and gaming
