We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy organizing tasks, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
• Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Track budgets, costs, and project metrics
• Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level / Mid-Level (0–5+ years)

• Experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles (internships included for junior level)
• Understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholders
