We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and leadership-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help drive team efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy coordinating tasks, supporting teams, and playing an important role in achieving operational and business goals within a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and team workflows
• Coordinate tasks across teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Assist with performance monitoring, feedback collection, and team development
• Help resolve operational or customer-facing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for leadership
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and overall team performance
• Act as a point of contact for internal communications and inquiries
• Step in to manage team tasks when the Manager is unavailable

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, team support, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a remote-first environment
• Comfortable using digital tools for project tracking, communication, and documentation
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
