We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and enhance decision-making across the organization. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop process maps, business models, and functional specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
• Support project management activities, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and performance evaluation.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with requirements management and process documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
